M & S Customer Survey

M & S is interested in what you have to say and value your opinion about their stores, therefore they have created a way you can voice those opinions at www.yourmandsviews.com. Here you can complete a survey that will help improve their stores for future visits and also give you the opportunity to win some money!

To take part in the survey you will need a few key items to complete the questionnaire. First visit the site and once you arrive, click the link titled “Click here to start the survey.” This will lead you to a page where you will need to fill in some information. You will need a copy of a receipt from a recent visit. Next input the unique code located at the top of your receipt, the date you visited the store, and the time you visited. Once you advance to the next page of YourMandSViews you will be asked to locate the area you visited on a map and describe the store within a drop-down menu. You will then be asked a series of questions regarding your visit.

The survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. The data collected with be used to provide a great experience and improve the overall experience. Once you have completed the survey, your name will be entered to be a possible winner of the prize money. Prize drawn winners will be contacted at a later date via email and will be sent a check.

You will be required to provide your Name, Email Address, Postal Code, and Daytime Telephone Number. This information is important in the event that you are chosen as the winner.
