Per Your Health Member Portal

Enroll in a Per Your Health member account by entering your registered user ID number or simply entering your account number at the portal at www.peryourhealth.com. This system is to be used by authorized users only, and can be used to make payments or view and track your personal account. First you will need to enter your billing account number to log in, this will be located on a billing statement provided by your health care provider. Then you will be able to register an account.

Once you have established that your health care provider uses this service and have located your personal account number, located on your billing statement you will be able to log into your personal account and make online payments. You will no longer need a paper bills which makes paying and tracking you bills more convenient from your home.

There are so many advantages to using online registration and bill pay with this integrated system. Paperless is always good as it makes record keeping easy, clean and fast. No one wants to pay bills, but the easier it is to do so, the more likely we will pay on time and get it done regularly. Peryourhealth.com uses a centralized online billing system which most health-care providers use. If, by chance, your providers is not currently enrolled in the program with Per Your Health, you can simply make a request in order to ease making your regular payments.

Remember when loging into your account that you use the access key exactly how it is shown on your current statement. Follow the account access key exactly- if your key shows ALL CAPS make sure the number and/or letters match what you are typing.

If you have forgotten your login information, you can request new account information. You will enter your account number in the slot provided and a confirmation email will be sent to the email that you have listed to your account. Make sure that you have entered an email address that is current and valid when submitting it to your health care professional.
