KFC Guest Experience Survey

KFC is interested in what you have to say so much so they have created a survey where you can express your opinions at www.yourkfc.co.uk. This information gathered is used for market research, and improve the overall experience the next time you visit a KFC location. You are able to view the Privacy Policy regarding information gathered through the site.

Once you are on the website you will simply need to click continue to advance to the questionnaire. Before you can start answering questions about your most recent visit you will need to enter some information located on your receipt. There is a diagram to the right of the screen so you can enter the correct information they are asking for. You will need the store number, your order number, date visited, and time. Once you have inputed that information you can begin.


After completing the brief survey you will be given a validation code that you will be able to bring with you to your next visit and redeem for a special offer. YourKFC.co.uk would like you to answer the questions about your most recent visit to your local establishment.

YourKFC thanks you for taking the time to answer a few questions about your visit and will use the information you have provided to improve upon the menu, general restaurant items, and the overall experience at your local establishment. Once you have answered the brief questionnaire you will receive your validation code and be told of basic terms and conditions.

    Went to the Widnes KFC on many occasions and always get my order wrong, always things missing when I get home and they never put in the receipt in the bag so can never go back to correct it, I think more training should happen in this store. Otherwise you will lose business .

    Visited the walkden store tonight and was disgusted . The bins were overflowing with food and flies were present on tables that had stale food on . After a 45 minute wait we asked for our money back . DIsgusted
